Before your Session

Before the session, you’ll be asked to reflect on your intentions. These could include exploring past lives, gaining insights into your current life, connecting with spirit guides or loved ones, seeking healing, or simply exploring what the session may reveal. At the start of our session, we will discuss your prepared intentions and refine them together to ensure clarity and focus. If you’re uncertain about your intentions, that’s perfectly normal; I’m here to assist you in this process.

Guide your Experience

The session will guide you through an experience that is unique to you, though many sessions share common elements. My focus will be on communicating with your spirit team or higher self, particularly after they have shown you key insights. We will explore why these insights were presented and address any questions related to your initial intentions. This part of the session typically lasts between 90 minutes to 2 hours, though it may extend longer if needed.

Set your Intentions

We will then set these intentions by infusing them into water, which we will drink together. Water plays a vital role in our bodies and is believed to enhance the effectiveness of the session. Following this, we’ll enter a relaxed state, and I will begin the induction process, setting the scene for your exploration.

Reflect on your Conclusions

At the conclusion of the session, we will review and record any additional thoughts or observations while they are still fresh in your mind. We will also take time to ground ourselves and discuss the experiences and insights gained. It is common to feel a sense of deep reflection or low energy afterward, so I recommend keeping the remainder of your day as stress-free as possible.
